Who we’re hiring:
We’re looking for an IT Project Manager with a commitment to excellence to join our team. In this role, you will oversee one or more implementation teams.. Collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists, you will manage projects for web, mobile and other digital platforms from concept through completion. We are looking for producers who are problem solvers, extremely detail-oriented, passionate, and motivated to learn and grow with us.
IT Project Manager Responsibilities:

Support the team during Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retros

Servant leader to help maximize team efficiency by quickly removing impediments

Coordinate meetings with the product owner to refine the backlog and clarify requirements

Coordinate internal FedRAMP security meetings with engineers in keeping with incident management and patch management policies

Produce project deliverables such as release notes, user guides, and product sheets

Build successful relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention

Opportunity to support sales in closing deals on new business opportunities within target market segments of SaaS web development, cloud migration, mobile app development, and API development
Qualifications:
-
Must be a US Citizen

3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in IT

Experience with software development management tools including Jira
-
Experience in full IT software development lifecyle to ensure effective facilitation at all levels of the project

Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.

Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with short deadlines.

Presentation and software demo experience
Desired Skills:
-
Knowledge of IT Information Security (INFOSEC) principles

A college degree is preferred but not required.

Scrum Master certification
-
Top Secret Security Clearance or ability to achieve one
