Brief Description:
Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking multiple Mid level Counterintelligence (CI) Analysts with a working knowledge of the intelligence community (IC), Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), structured analytic techniques and methodologies, as well as foreign intelligence entities (FIE) tactics techniques and procedures (TTP). Analyst will conduct tasked and initiate based analysis of (raw) intelligence reporting and provide feedback to collectors via IIR evaluations. Analyst will also establish and maintaining liaison relationships with other members of the IC with similar mission focuses while also will participating in working groups, customer briefings and the production of finished intelligence products (FINTEL) in support of the government customers of counterintelligence program.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI polygraph clearance is required.

Locations: Reston and Quantico, VA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routinely access intelligence data bases to identify and analyze raw intelligence reporting collected by the various members of the IC.
  • Utilize structured analytic techniques to identify adversarial networks, operational TTP’s, regional trends, and perform link analysis and develop alternate analysis.
  • Conceptualize, develop and publish finished intelligence products using the customers approved suite of product types.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the various analyst/divisions/agencies with similar mission focus to the products discussed topics.
  • Review and edit peer’s draft intelligence products, insuring products follow the customers style manual and include necessary aspects of selected product type.
  • Maintain situational awareness of customer assigned region/focus and serve as subject matter expert, responding to request for information when necessary.
  • Complete all necessary training and security requirements to maintain security clearance and access to customers approved work locations.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Formal DoD analytical training or related degree from an accredited university.
  • 8 years experience supporting the IC (4 years with a 4 year degree)
  • Experience researching, exploiting, organizing, prioritizing, producing and disseminating intelligence information to assess a wide range of topics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytic tools and ability to perform network and link analysis.
  • Applicable experience in researching, reviewing, editing, planning, preparing, integrating, editing and publishing finished intelligence products including CI Studies, Plans and All-Source Threat Assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop written products and perform verbal presentations with visual aids.
  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the IC and other US Government agencies within the national security community.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct initiative-based research and analysis.

Desired skills:

  • Direct experience supporting CI/HUMINT and technical collection intelligence operations.
  • Degree / Certificates related to a CI discipline.
