Location: Columbia, MD
Scope Description: Seeking a Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React, cloud-based architectures, and secure authentication solutions to develop modern web applications for government and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating with government Identity Providers (IDPs) and implementing secure authentication flows within front-end applications.
Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience developing front-end web applications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, Hooks)
- Experience with modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, NPM/Yarn, Git)
- Demonstrated experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS services, particularly:
- S3 static website hosting
- API Gateway
- Lambda
- CloudFront
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CFn, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks
- Understanding of serverless architecture patterns
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associates or Professional
