Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a highly motivated Cyber Project Manager to join our team!

Location: Camp H.M. Smith – Hawaii (On-site)    

Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

 

The Cyber Project Manager will support DoD operations in the Indo-Pacific theater.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Help define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or 8 years' experience in managing DoD projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with cyber risks, exploits, vulnerabilities and associated mitigations.
  • Demonstrated experience with encryption technologies.
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technology or research environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • CISS
  • Current certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Proven experience managing classified projects from initiation to closure.
  • Experience supporting offensive and defensive cyber efforts in the Indo-Pacific theater.
