Program Manager - Senior

Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager - Senior to join our team!

Overview:

The qualified candidate will support the Army G-2 with comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support. The candidate will respond to requirements across multiple theaters of operation, helping commanders to establish and sustain a Common Operating Picture.. Core services include cross-domain solutions, secure network access, data management, systems integration, and access relevant reporting across U.S. and multinational platforms.

Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI (with ability to obtain a CI poly.
Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA (on-site)

Qualifications:

· 10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration.

· Responsibilities include task assignment and review, setting project pace, monitoring work-in-progress, and verifying successful completion of deliverables.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently over initiating, managing, executing, and reporting on tasks with minimal oversight.

Highly Desired:

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting Army Military Intelligence with a Degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic reputation.

Required Education:

· Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years of direct industry experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields with 14 years of experience in the same disciplines.

· Desired Certifications: CBA, ITIL, CGFM; CDFM; CCP; CMA; PMP; CDP;
