Location: Redstone Arsenal, Alabama
The Insider Threat Program Manager will manage and oversee contractor personnel to ensure productivity.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage projects, programs and/or tasks.
· Develop information and support documents, summaries, reports, presentations and other designated products in support of Government inquiries.
· Present briefings to personnel designated by the Government.
· Plan, organize, direct and support all activities identified in contract. The contractor shall ensure conformance with task order schedules and costs.
· Manage personnel performance and productivity.
· Formulate and enforce work standards.
· Review work discrepancies.
· Manage contractor personnel.
· Assist in program management performance.
· Prepare, review and submit required reports and communicate policies, purpose, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
· Take responsibility for overall contract performance and quality assurance.
· Provide direction, support, guidance, and encouragement to contractor personnel and immediately address any performance or behavioral issues.
· Identify industry issues and trends.
· Develop innovative projects and strategically and tactically analyze threat related information and entities.
· Perform quality control of processes and products produced.
· Define critical topics and initiate comprehensive research efforts on analytical projects.
· Provide support to implement requirements management and optimize data for strategic program support.
· Provide mid-level analyst support.
· Research data to build and analyze trends and indicators.
· Perform data loss prevention functions.
· Respond to requests for information.
· Prepare finished studies of factual data.
· Provide reactive data analysis support in response to requests from FBI Headquarters, field offices, and other Government agencies.
· Write clear, concise and timely reports that identify, analyze and collate disparate pieces of information. These can include formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs.
· Compare and contrast information from different sources.
· The contractor shall gather, analyze, evaluate and prepare reports on insider threat inquiries.
· Perform electronic processing, transmittal, and storage of sensitive and classified information.
· Maintain familiarity with IT monitoring tools, configuration management, and managing or maintaining user accounts and system privileges.
· Assist in preparation of presentations.
· Access and perform research on designated automate databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the Government, downloading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into formats to be specified by the Government.
· Provide technical and operational support for data and case requests. The contractor shall provide statistical data analysis for research and data exploration.
· Support the generation of potential leads, alerts, and triggers.
· Assist the government with identifying inappropriate and/or unauthorized system activity, associations, or communications.
· The contractor shall assist the government with reviewing personnel security matters.
· Proficiency in understanding risk management concepts and experience with intelligence-focused operation environment.
Required Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 10 years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
· Must have at least five years of leadership, supervisory or management experience.
· Must be skilled in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish PWS objectives.
· Work experience in National Security-related matters with an emphasis on information analysis required.
