Who we’re hiring:
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with a commitment to excellence to join our team. In this role, you will oversee one or more implementation teams. Collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists, you will manage projects for web, mobile and other digital platforms from concept through completion. We are looking for producers who are problem solvers, extremely detail-oriented, passionate, and motivated to learn and grow with us.
IT Project Manager Responsibilities:
· Ability to manage multiple technical teams of software engineers across different programs.
· Familiar with Agile and Scrum environments.
· Support the team during Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retros
· Servant leader to help maximize team efficiency by quickly removing impediments
· Coordinate meetings with the product owner to refine the backlog and clarify requirements
· Produce project deliverables such as release notes, user guides, and product sheets
· Build successful relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in IT
· Experience with software development management tools including Jira
· Experience in full IT software development lifecycle to ensure effective facilitation at all levels of the project
· Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.
· Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with short deadlines.
· Presentation and software demo experience
· US Citizen
Desired Skills:
· Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and association security processes and documentation
· A college degree is preferred but not required.
· Scrum Master certification
