Mid-Level Business Analyst

Evans & Chambers is looking for a Mid-level Business Analyst to support an intelligence agency customer in Washington DC. This position is full-time and based in Washington DC and requires an active TS SCI clearance with CI Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Provide support services to strategic workforce planning and analysis initiatives to support Career Field Managers and organizational talent and position management requirements. To include recruitment and hiring support, career field analytic support, career field workforce management support, career path guide updates and revisions, and talent management system annual promotion panel support.

• Assist with leveraging industry and functional workforce and career management best practices to link workforce requirements to support the growth of the organization.

• Keep the client informed of status, progress, problems, issues requiring input, and delivery schedule of products

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS SCI clearance with CI Polygraph

• 5+ years of experience in all aspects of strategic workforce planning 

• Bachelors degree

• Experience effectively communicating within a client organization

• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft
