Systems Engineer – Subject Matter Expert

Location: Chantilly, VA (On-Site)
Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Required
Evans & Chambers Technology seeks a Systems Engineer SME supporting ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, and Digital Policy Management initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- System build-out, maintenance, monitoring
- Requirements decomposition and allocation
- Functional and cost analysis
- Systems integration and lifecycle support
- ATO/Accreditation support
- Security scanning, POAM tracking, RMF/NIST compliance
- Tier 3/4 support
- Monthly release management (occasional evening support required)
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- AWS cloud experience
- SQL proficiency
- Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)
- Terraform or CloudFormation
- DevSecOps experience
- Linux administration
- Accreditation processes (RMF, Xacta, GreenLight)
Desired Qualifications
- IdAM/ICAM delivery experience
- LDAP
- Security+ or CISSP
- AWS Certification
