Position Description
Evans & Chambers is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support technical development programs focused on the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs, as well as Identity and Access Management (IdAM/ICAM), Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, and Digital Policy Management systems. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other systems engineers to analyze and document requirements for innovative technologies supporting enterprise services. The Requirements Analyst will ensure that user needs and system functionality are clearly defined, enabling effective implementation of technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Typically requires a BS degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent general experience in related fields
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for technical systems
• Familiarity with system development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirements analysis techniques
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to elicit and refine requirements
• Ability to write clear and concise requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and project documentation
• Basic understanding of IdAM/ICAM principles, including Authentication, Authorization, and Attributes
Desired Qualifications
• Experience working on technical development projects involving cloud technologies, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Experience managing interface control documents or similar artifacts
• Experience supporting requirements management for projects with multiple stakeholders and customers
