Brief Description:
Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a highly motivated senior business analyst to organize team priorities and drive team productivity. This senior business analyst will also be primarily responsible for managing all customer and stakeholder relationships. This is an unique opportunity to have a major impact in supporting the Defense community with necessary medical intelligence. We embrace Agile values and use continuous integration inside of a robust DevOps environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass a CI Poly
5+ years of experience in Agile/SCRUM
Candidate must be able to understand customer business cases and derive technical requirements for each Agile Sprint.
Must have solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile, Scrum and traditional project management principles
Must have a proven track record of successfully implementing projects using Agile methodologies and SCRUM Framework
Experience with customer governance practices and control gates
Strong communications skills both written and verbal
Must have experience monitoring and reporting team productivity using SCRUM/Agile methodologies
Must have experience with requirements elicitation, functional requirements gathering, and requirements verification
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with JIRA or similar requirements tracking tools
Experience with Confluence or similar document repositories
Certified Scrum Master Preferred
Project Management Professional Preferred
