Evans & Chambers Technology (EC) is seeking a highly motivated Program Support Analyst to work with our solutions-driven organization.  EC is focused on solving National Security and Defense challenges through smart IT solutions.   This position engages subject matter experts in areas that are in the National headlines of the daily news.  Gain exposure and have impact in Immigration, Counter-terrorism and Insider Threat issues while assisting with the integration of these solutions through customer and employee engagement.  Our clients praise our work, customer service, and intelligent solutions.
Position requires 10 hours per week, 40 hours per month.  This is a paid internship.
Reports To:  Chief Operating Officer
Work Location:  4 minute walk from the Shaw-Howard U Metro

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The Program Support Analyst will work across multiple Defense and Intelligence programs to complete data calls and knowledge management tasks that promote communication, professional development, organic growth, and lead generation within each program.  The Program Support Analyst will assist in developing responses to Government program office data requests and quick response impact assessments. Further, this position will assist in the creation and delivery of monthly status reports and will update key performance indicators such as contractor burn rate, attrition, personnel growth, certification tracking, customer acceptance rates, and more. The Program Support Analyst will analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements where needed. This position will also monitor deviations from KPI goals and provide preemptive notifications to managers for mid-course correction. The Program Support Analyst will also understand and assist with program specific onboarding activities to ensure the smooth transition of staff from one program to another. Assist in the development of manuals, guides, and information packages. Research and analyze existing policies, reports, files, guidelines, operations, and available resources.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related disciplines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to show initiative, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial and operational highlights in various formats such as chart, ad hoc reports, and emails
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residence is required.​
