UI/Front End Developer

Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a UI and Front End Developer to build intuitive user interfaces for a set of Insider Threat risk avoidance solutions for our intelligence community customer.  This is an opportunity to drive long-lasting impact in the areas of security and efficiency through the implementation of cleverly conceived solutions. You will have the opportunity to write code using the latest advancements in front-end web technology.  We embrace Agile values and use continuous integration inside of a robust DevOps environment.  The successful candidate will be expected think creatively with a focus on usability, and use judgement to prioritize multiple efforts to meet evolving Insider Threat challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is strictly required
• 3+ years of experience writing code with languages such as Java, C++ or C#
• 6+ years experience developing user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular2, Bootstrap, and other front-end libraries
• Experience working with front-end tools and libraries such as LESS, SASS, Grunt, Bower, Node
• Experience managing Linux operating systems and developing shell scripts

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with accessibility frameworks such as WCAG and Section 508
• Experience building and managing infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Tomcat servers
• Experience with Windows Powershell
• Understanding of PKI certificates
