If you seek challenging and rewarding work, we want to talk with you.  Evans & Chamber Technology is seeking a Mentor-Protege Program Administrator with a strong technical and administrative background.  If you have strong skills in planning events, coordinating a team, supporting project manager, and ability to write effective policy and procedures   APPLY TODAY.

Responsibilities could include:

• Locate funding and coordinate with DoD office and Small Business programs. 

• Support the Project Manager’s decision making process. 

• Help facilitate the Mentor-Protege Program events.

• Coordinate and community with potential proteges and mentors to integrate them into the program. 

• Manage and update with Mentor-Protege Website.

• Assist in developing and creating DoD Policy and Procedures.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field. 
  2. Demonstrated experience with finding funding from different agencies, creating a budget, filling out proposal forms, submitting a proposal, and compliance considerations. 
  3. Demonstrated experience in working with award/account set-up, making an medications to those documents, ensuring expenses charged to the project meet expectations of the organization, submitting progress reports, and filing paperwork.
  4. Demonstrated experience working on a team and helping out project manager through Improvement Working Group. 
  5. Experience working with a MPP and with DoD
