Evans and Chambers Technology is seeking a candidate with vast experience within the Counterintelligence field. A candidate with experience within the DOD or equivalent government agencies. Candidates must possess a Security Clearance of TS/SCI with CI Poly eligibility and US work authorization. This position requires experience conducting and documenting complex investigations/operations; and experience working independently and accomplishing tasks with little to no supervision.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience working with and through interpreters.
- Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities/activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.
- Experience with CI principles and methods
- Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.

Experience in developing screening /interviewing/debriefing plans

Performs all-source analysis of information on assigned geographic areas including criminal and terrorist information to determine threat patterns of operation.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.

Must have a minimum of 10 years cumulative experience conducting CI collections, CI functional services, CI investigations, or Cl operations.

Comprehensive understanding of national and Defense guidance, community, and practices pertaining to Cl.

Must have experience in planning, conducting and overseeing CED tasks as described in paragraph four (4) of this SOW.
