Conducts all-source analysis of foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. Includes assessing the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment; their associated facilities and output levels, knowledge of emerging and enabling technologies; and supporting industrial supply networks from raw materials to finished weapon systems. Analysis includes but is not limited to overall industrial organization, production processes, industrial control systems, design and surge capacities, cooperative arrangements with foreign defense industries and reliance on foreign technologies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must have experience with Unfunded Requirements (UFR), supplemental budgets, what-if drills, impact statements, budget execution reviews, variance reporting, mid-year review prep, obligation and spend plans, Continuing Resolution Authority (CRA) requirements, justification, and spend plans, transparency reporting, manpower, and CRA plans.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE:

Requires a B.S. degree in an appropriate technical field such as engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics.

Critical thinking skills, strong problem solving skills are required.

Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.

3 years of experience with weapon system review requirements and coordination and program management reviews.
