Conducts all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign Government open source materials within established security protocols.  Analyzes foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements. Conduct strategic, tactical, and operational analysis of various publicly available data sources and unconventional deep and dark web sources with the purpose of assessing potential threats and opportunities to our customers’ interests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, evaluate, correlate, analyze, integrate and interpret information from multiple intelligence and operational sources of target systems analysis and cyberspace planning.

  • Researching, reviewing, evaluating, and integrating Open Source data to contribute to and/or produce draft and finished Open Source assessments.

  • Applies knowledge of target area (e.g. Balkans) history, local customs, and current events in targeting, assessment, and trend analysis processes

  • Monitors local/regional print media sources, radio, television and satellite transmissions, and provides assessments of intelligence impacts

  • Conducts internet searches of geographic and topical interest for inclusion in OSINT reports and products

  • Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI POLY Eligibility.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience conducting open source research, academic research, all-source intelligence, or targeting

  • Must be a US Citizen with a current Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI

  • Experience with open source research, including social media and big data exploitation.

  • Knowledge of Internet-based research, including Boolean logic, search engine and database resources, and Internet sources, such as social media, social networking tools, data exploitation, and commercial- and industry-based database
