Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a Resource Manager with strong planning, decision making, and organization skills along with a proven ability to effectively perform in a fast paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment. This position is responsible for making sound staffing decisions and resolving conflicts within the program that have significant impact on business practices and customer engagement. The successful candidate will understand the skill disciplines as well as the strengths and skills of the personnel within the skill disciplines to successfully staff projects.



  • Develops IDIQ resourcing strategy with Program Manager and Director of HR

  • Develop TO specific resourcing plans

  • Oversees and executes recruiting and interviewing actions

  • Coordinates security review for all candidates by Security Admin

  • Serves as channel for company communications for project

  • Performs resource planning and allocation

  • Provides career counseling and development in conjunction with PM and HR

  • Fulfills staffing requests using current staff, new staff, and subcontractors.  

  • Works closely with the Program Manager and Task Leads to assess individual personnel skills and assist with developing training plans to increase the skills to meet the demands of the business.



  • ​​​​​​​Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting client / project management
  • Relevant management experience

  • BA/BS degree or other equivalent.

  • Proven business management skills

  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
