Intelligence Planner

Evans & Chambers Technology is urgently seeking a highly motivated Intelligence Planner with at minimum 3 years experience.

Major Responsibilities:
In this position you will work closely with EC Technology to provide support in the conduct of Intelligence in the integration of defense and national intelligence capabilities including collection, analytic and targeting activities planning functions across the DoD. EC employees must always represent the utmost in professionalism and engagement with every interaction and represent Evans & Chambers with a positive, results-oriented mindset.  As a Intelligence Planner you should demonstrate proficiency in: working independently with moderate Government oversight. Provide comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing. 
 
Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Will provide support in the conduct of the Cyberspace Intelligence planning activities in support of DoD missions.
• Will provide assistance with intelligence planning, ensuring activities are integrated and synchronized with organizational battle rhythms as well as the planning of Cyberspace Intelligence Operations.
• Must be familiar with the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System  (JOPES).
• Must be able to articulate requirements and deliberate planning, crisis management and time sensitive planning accordingly.
• Must be familiar with Intelligence Estimate, Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), Center of Gravity (CoG) analysis, Most Likely and Most Dangerous Adversary Course of Action (MLCOA/MDCOA), and any other intelligence related requirements to support JPG/OPT planning efforts.
• Provide support in the conduct of the Cyberspace Intelligence planning supporting combined/joint exercise and training events, to include Joint Event Live Cycle and Cyber Mission Area events and provide trip reports and summaries of meetings/planning conferences as required. Assist exercise intelligence planners in the full range of scenario development, including exercise objective development, cyber scenario development, intelligence support scripting, Cyber Master Scenario Event List development and implementer products. Provide support to exercise execution including White Cell participation and After Action Report collection, preparation and presentation.
• Must be knowledgeable in the use of intelligence tools and databases. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with EC Technology client and analysts to understand requirements.  

Education Requirements

• BA or BS in intelligence analysis

• Intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 3-5 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic coursework.
