Brief Description:
Evans & Chambers Technology is actively seeking a highly motivated We are currently seeking a Requirements Analyst to provide requirements support as well as business process analysis and documentation support. This position will be located in either Reston, VA or Washington, DC.  

Major Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer engagement and requirements management support for new existing IT requirements submitted.
  • Coordinate with in DIA and IC partner's policy, procedure, and processes to achieve data centric requirements.
  • Support DIA COCOMS, ODNI, USDI, and provide requirements and future states plans.
  • Coordinate with in DIA and IC partner's policy, procedure, and processes to achieve data centric requirements.
  • Ensure Submitted requirements are thoroughly understood, documented, and submitted through the CIO approval process for completion by appropriate CIO org.
  • Oversee the collection, submission, and management of requirements submitted through approved DIA CIO requirements process.
  • Expeditiously, accurately, and in accordance with the technical and security requirements support IPTs when requested.

  • Leverage existing DIA and future IC ITE environment, tools and services to maximum extent possible
  • Provide system engineering expertise support to IPT efforts
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
  • Seven years or more years of specialized experience with process improvement.
  • Manage fact finding, analysis and development of final reports and delivery of presentations related to process improvement. 
  • Knowledge of organization operations and business objectives.
  • Collects, analyzes and interprets process data in one or more areas.
  • Support activity and data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
  • Develops or modifies processes to solve complex problems for computer systems and business and electronic interfaces to achieve desired results through the use of a variety of process improvement methodologies.
  • Apply process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
  • Develops and apply advanced process engineering and design methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution to a variety of complex and advanced requirements and problems.
  • US Citizenship is required
  • TS/SCI with a CI Poly required
