Evans & Chambers has an opportunities for the right candidate to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Junior CI Specialist experience within the DoD or equivalent government agency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Conducts briefings and debriefings of personnel regarding issues of counterintelligence concern, including foreign travel, foreign visitors and reportable contacts.

  • Provides innovative ideas for upcoming counterintelligence training venues, including awareness presentations, threat briefings, site-specific briefings, conducting the presentations when required

  • Assess reported information, select, and recommend CI investigative techniques and procedures.

  • Identify vulnerabilities related to a supported Directorate's personnel or missions and recommend and implement CE activity to mitigate the vulnerability.

  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure integrity of reporting and information confidence for intelligence analysts and decision makers.
  • Plan, research and conduct foreign program pre-briefings and debriefings.
  • Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.
  • Experience within the DoD or equivalent government agencies.
  • Must hold active TS/SCI and be CI Poly eligible
  • Must be able to apply an understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities/activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years cumulative experience conducting CI collections, CI functional services, CI investigations, or CI operations.
